There is no possible justification for limiting e-bikes to 15mph but not cars.

EBikes should go 30mph and have their own wide, dedicated lanes. this is achievable and an actual transportation revolution if we can get the infrastructure built.

Ebikes are car replacements with none of the downsides of car ownership.
