On January 5, federal goons slammed the head of Isai Santos Caceras of Uniondale into a brick wall. Caceras went unconscious and did not receive medical care until days later.
Caceras has no criminal record and was not resisting.

When I have done searches for lists of "most popular members of Congress" there is this name that keeps showing up at or near the top of these lists.

Funny thing though. This person was unable to secure a nomination for POTUS for either major party..
