Come on, the huge difference is that getting back all the remaining hostages permits 1) a ceasefire and all the humanitarian aid that allows, 2) removes Hamas' remaining leverage, and 3) is tied to a plan endorsed by all the Sunni ME nations save Yemen leading to a unified Palestinian government.
