We will be restarting the Osprey server tomorrow 10/7 @ 6AM PDT. in an attempt to fix the event issues. ETA Downtime ~ 2-3 hours. If this does not fix the issue then we will prepare a hotfix later this week. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. #PlanetSide2

We are investigating the Halloween event issues preventing the directive from showing up along with missing purchased / unlocked items that is affecting Osprey at this time. We are also investigating issues with Esamir affecting the event as well. #PlanetSide2

We are looking into bugs with the Halloween patch. As soon as we have further updates we will share them. Until then try to complete the Halloween directive in one log in session if possible. Reply below if you do not get your rewards in one session. #PlanetSide2

As the Nanite of the Living Dead is underway, here are some tips to get started:
- Check your missions tab and accept the "Trick or Treat!" mission
- A waypoint will direct you to the first objective via your mini map in Sanctuary
- Pin your directive for updates
