Who’s ready in California for someone with a spark for new ideas, new leadership, and new hope?

Happy July 4th everyone! We live in the best county, in the best state in the world!

This isn’t about Democrats vs. Republicans.
It's about who’s getting left behind and who’s finally going to stand up for their rights.

We could power millions of homes with solar from state land.
We could cut emissions, lower bills, and create jobs.
Why aren’t we doing it?

Housing isn’t a luxury. It’s a right.
We can build affordable housing on state land, convert unused buildings, and streamline permits.
It’s not radical—it’s overdue.

Praying for our troops and leaders to act with wisdom. But let’s be clear: launching strikes on Iran without a vote from Congress is wrong.
The American people deserve a say before actions of war.

Housing and food prices are all still too high. Climate change is inducing severe wildfires, droughts, hurricanes and tornadoes. The people are hurting. We need change! We need to get to work!

We need to remember to take care of our people AND our land. Those two things go hand in hand. The current climate emergency is growing and deserves attention. Investment into clean energy is a must.

Every year, Californians pay tens of billions more to D.C. than we get back. That money could fix our schools, build homes, or power clean energy. Why are we still funding dysfunction?

No Kings protests across the state and country! Showing that non-violence is the truest expression of power!

1 in 3 Californians are living in or near poverty. In 2022 ALONE California had a general revenue of $468 BILLION. We were left with $83 Billion dollars in the red. California is in crisis NOW with the cost of living, infrastructure and more... Where is the return on our investment?

Disruption? Or democracy? If protest is messy, it’s still more honest than injustice. Stand non-violent

The Immigration system is BROKEN. Lotteries, Static Quotas, Bureaucratic Backlog, Country Caps and much more. You would think that a country built and maintained by immigrants would prioritize repairing a system that would benefit so many.

Trump wants to gut federal funds for UC & Cal State.
We educate MILLIONS.
We lead the world in tech, science, and research.
And how are we rewarded?
ICE raids and funding cuts.
California gives more than it gets. Time to ask some hard questions.

We are 12% of the people.
But we drive 15% of the entire U.S. economy.
That gap is nearly a trillion-dollar difference.
And what do we get in return? Raids. Cuts. Disrespect. That’s not a partnership—it’s exploitation

California contributes 12.2% of all U.S. federal revenue, more than any other state. Yet we’re under attack:
ICE raids in our cities.
Cuts to our colleges.
Crumbs returned for infrastructure & aid.
At what point do we ask… should California leave?

This isn’t immigration enforcement. It’s an invasion. I support stopping CRIMINALS but this isn't how. These people are Vendors. Day laborers. Fathers. Mothers. Hard working and Good people. Raided in our own neighborhoods. ICE has declared war on the working people of California. Know your rights

Calexit? Why is California bankrolling the federal government and Trump’s extremist agenda? We send $80 BILLION more to D.C. than we get back. They block our laws, funding, mock our values, and cash our checks. Maybe it’s time we kept the money. #Calexit

Had an incredible time at the California Democratic Convention on Saturday - met so many smart, passionate people with real ideas to move this country forward. I’m taking that energy and turning it into action. Let’s get to work!

Memorial Day isn’t just a long weekend. It’s a moment to honor those who gave their lives in service to something bigger than themselves. May we live in a way that’s worthy of their sacrifice.
