We lie together and scroll. Me: "Read this Onion article about biker socks. ALL of it." 11AM: Making breakfast. I am stirring a frying pan full of mushrooms. beside me is a carton of eggs, an avocado and a knife, and a steaming pressure cooker. 12AM: Rice bowls! Two coffee cups and two bowls full of sliced mushrooms, avocado, fried eggs, and rice drizzled with sauce from a bottle labeled "Hot cock mayo".

An employee hands out free samples, "Take two, it's late." I take it gladly, "Oh kay!" BF is called out as the one driving.

I am standing with my arms up, "It's the SEAHAWKS vs. the Pats?? You said it was the Eagles! Like in Lord of the Rings! I looked like a fool in front of our friends and Costco and God and everyone!" BF shrugs, "oops?" 8PM: Archiving my fifteen-year-old fandom Tumblr blog. I am scrolling past images on a computer, thinking to myself, "Wow! People really CARED about this thing I made. Did I even know?

I WOULD HAVE ALSO ACCEPTED: BARKING LIKE A DOG." 10PM: Scanning hourlies. I have put the sketchbook on an open scanner bed with round dishes upon it, weighing it down. I tell my BF, "Thanks for hanging on to these terracotta trays, Hun." BF is at his PC beside me, gaming headset on, and gives a thumbs up. 11PM: Bedtime (work tomorrow) THANKS FOR READING!

2025 Art year in review - After a very very long dry spell in my life of making almost no art, 2025 has been a banner year for me drawing furries in a sketchbook, and then never posting them anywhere.

Playing the demo for the upcoming game Brno Transit has me enticed more than almost any title in a while. I am haunted. I think I might have driven a train but I can't be certain. I felt dread. The more questions I asked, the more I ended up wishing I hadn't. Highly recommend.
