But the end of the first season of The Rehearsal is about exploitation, specifically with child actors. And in the show's defense, the people auditioning for a show that doesn't exist aren't the butt of the joke. I've always seen Nathan himself as looking foolish more than anyone. In both shows.

What is the production of a real talent competition show like? Do people get compensated for traveling to those auditions? I'm asking genuinely, because I don't know. Personally, I can't stand those kinds of shows and I'm a fan of Nathan for You and The Rehearsal.

Hearing some folks complain that the new Pope is "woke" will be fresh and funny to me every time.
