She's looking good for 58! Happy Birthday to the first lady of fighting games.

Year of the Horse! Kind of rushed the final polish on this piece because I didn't give myself time to do more, but I'm still pretty pleased with this one. Happy Lunar New Year! With this, I'm only two years away from having done a Zodiac Girl for all twelve animals. They've definitely varied in quality over the past decade.

I told myself like six times I needed to remember to add the emblem on Karane's tunic before I called it finished. I still forgot.

Here's a revised version, with a few other tiny fixes for stuff that was bugging me. Didn't wanna spend TOO much more time on it.

For some more nerd cred, though, I can bring back some old sketches: Moza, the BotW NPC who is training in the wilderness to create the ultimate dish (2017), and the Receptionist for the Mayor's Office in MM, inexplicably undergoing ass expansion (2020). Both were originally /d/rawthread requests.

They're probably not the best choice for OBSCURE npcs, but for some lesser-drawn Zelda girls with truly great designs I couldn't not think of our friends around Skyloft.

At least it seems like Peatrice specifically gets art now and then?

As we look ahead to the new year, may we all continue to pick up our pens if for no other reason than to make something stupid as hell.

One or two of the things I did this year may stretch the definition of a "sketch," but hey, I'm allowed to fuck around with colors sometimes.

And giant pussies need giant dicks.

I drew a lot of fat juicy pussies and enormous asses this year. Which is a normal sentence to type on your keyboard and send out for everyone to read.

Of course, things people write about Homestuck characters are famously always normal.

If anyone needs something good to watch this week, PLEASE check out Tokyo Godfathers. It's my annual Xmas film, but it takes place between Xmas and New Years, so it's not too late.

If you want proof of how long I've been doing sketches that went nowhere this year, here's something from when Mai was added to Street Fighter 6 in February. I didn't really end up being super in love with the pose.

I also did some fan art. Until it started looking like a lot of work and I gave up.

A lot of this year's sketches were an attempt at some kind of basic pose or angle to help me break out of the rut of drawing simple, straight-on standing figures. Or sometimes I just wanted to draw a huge butt.
