Mpox is still happening. Vaccines still offer protection. Book your first (or second) dose with Waterloo Region Public Health
Public Health Ontario reported 117 folks with confirmed cases of Mpox From January to July 2025, and is still mainly passed on through sexual contact. Completing a two-dose series of Mpox vaccination can reduce the risk of getting Mpox.
