Reporters at @nytimes.com keep using the phrase "it is unclear".

I'd love to see plainer language that specifies *why* it's unclear.

Is it ambiguous? Will it be announced later? Do you just not know? Say that!

This concept might work on 53rd St between North and Vine. There are very few driveways, and the front yards are wider than normal, so this would create some genuine greenspace. Emergency vehicles would continue to have quick access to westside homes, at least, via 54th.

A larger map of the Appleton area shows a purple area labeled 3rd District and an orange area labeled 5th District. An inset map shows a zoomed-in area of the larger map, where a small island of the purple 3rd District is surrounded by the orange 5th District. The purple island is labeled β€œone house.” City labels indicate that the purple island is part of the town of Buchanan and the orange area is part of the city of Kaukauna.

RIP Metaverse, we hardly knew ye Mark Zuckerberg spent years trying to make the Metaverse happen, but now it has been replaced by AI and is headed to the tech industry idea graveyard.

In a stunning development that everyone smarter than paste could see coming, the Metaverse is dead, and Facebook is pivoting to AI.
