Congress just passed the biggest cuts to food assistance in generations: What does this mean for school meals?
In Oregon, over 94% of schools currently use a program called CEP to offer free meals to all students. But CEP eligibility depends on SNAP and Medicaid enrollment. Read more in the slides.
