ICE deport gay asylum seeker back to country where homosexuality is illegal—and her family is actively trying to kill her.
Just 3 days after judge issued a protection order—that forbid ICE from sending her back to Morocco.
Her family tracked her down and tried to kill her when they found out.
Only witness to shooting says ICE lied—4 days after the story went public he dies in mysterious car crash.
Witness says he was driving at a "high rate of speed" when he "lost control of his vehicle—behavior consistent with being chased.
He died days before signed statement was to be submitted.
