I think its mostly the vibes, like I get to a new location in Silksong or a new challenge and I go “ugh ok lets see” Has nothing to do with difficulty, thats fine.

I think the coolest thing Hades does (both 1 and 2) is that almost every character feels like they have their own, cool game going on parallel to yours. Like the whole venture is a collection of adventures each character is having and theyre all interacting with each other, but its hinted at, felt.

Its upsetting to hear of the passing of Tomonobu Itagaki. A flawed, competitive, game making genius. A complete cult of personality that burned as bright as possible to reach his goals. Its tragic that he didn’t get his chance to close out his career the way he would have wanted. RIP
