That's very good going, Jaki! At 70, I try to walk, bike and do some strength exercise regularly. 😊
I'm irritated by these 'inspirational' articles on TV that insist that the exceptions would be the norm if people 'applied themselves'. Not exeryone can - for various reasons - genetic and economic!

It's lovely that some eighty-five year olds can run five miles and do the high-jump.
However, these are the exceptions, where genetics, luck and opportunity have blessed their continued physical profficiency.
