Trump has called Chicago a “hellhole” of crime, although police statistics show significant drops in most crimes.

Me too! This is my first furlough--and I've been in the govt (both military and civilian) for over 30 years. When I was with the Dept of Defense, I went through furlough Fridays as part of sequestration.
