What list did you use for the Austrians?

Taipan, Red-Belly Black & Queensland Green Tree Snake. 660hp, which makes for a good high level boss fight. Thrown in a few Yuan-Tai minions for fun.

Queensland Green Tree Snake, non-venomous, python. One dropped on back while camping once (the snake not the Marilith).

Coastal Taipan, highly venomous and cousin to the deadliest snake in the world, the Inland Taipan, none of which I've happily ever met. I met a Coastal Taipan working in the tropics in mining, where they would take up residence under machines in the shade being pretty docile. As a Marilith I take away the constrict ability and give them a bite +10 doing 1d6 and venom, the victim must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or have the Poisoned condition for 8 hours. The creature also has the Unconscious condition while Poisoned in this way. While poisoned the creature cannot rest and each hour the creature must make a death saving roll (8 rolls in all).

Red Belly Black snakes are my favourite snakes. Venomous, but no recorded human fatalities. One lived in my backyard once, and because their diet include Eastern Brown snakes, which are man-killers, they're like dolphins, in as much as when you have dolphins you don't have sharks; and if you have Red Bellies then you don't have Browns. As a Marilith, I take away the constriction, but give her an extra bite +10 attack doing 1d4 piecing damage, with venom DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the victim takes 6 (1d12) Poison damage and has the Poisoned condition for 24 hours. However she is also liable to attack any other Marilith within reach who has taken damage (randomise).

Any book on the North Africa Campaign that fails to mention that US attache Major Bonner Fellers intercepted reports on Commonwealth strengths, positions, losses, reinforcements supply, situation, plans, morale etc, where being read by Rommel before Roosevelt, is not worth it's salt. Is this one?
