#Worldbuilding Time!
Slagships are a type of ship which is very common among multiple different alien civilizations. This is because they are very cheap and you can even make a profit on their creation. You make them by hollowing out a meteor, and adding boosters and a hyperdrive. Cheap and dirty.
Sorry about the long time since my last worldbuilding post. I've been a lot busier recently and I haven't had a lot of inspiration for continuing to build my world. I think I should take a break from building it and start to write in it instead. I have a world, so now it's time to use it.

One looks similar to those of a mantis from earth, but the other smaller set has small delicate pincers at the end. The larger arms are specialized for grabbing prey or other objects, while the smaller arms are much more dexterous.

With my Mexico trip done, I will return to my normal worldbuilding posts tomorrow night. I hope you all are looking forward to it. For now though, I need to sleep.
Hope you enjoyed, and I think I have a few more ideas.
A horseshoe crab shell held in my hand. No head or tail is included. There are a few cracks in part of it, but they are not visible in the picture.
A few from above some city lights as I fly into the airport nearest my home. I am rather sleepy.
Above Mexico. You can see so many buildings from the plane window. They all look so small. The wing tip is visible too. It is cloudy below us.
Day 8 of my trip to Mexico.
I flew home today. I am now in bed after a long busy day. I had fun on my trip. I flew from Merida to Atlanta and from Atlanta to home. And now I have many shells and a soft bed to sleep in. I'm most proud of my horseshoe crab shell. It nearly broke on the way.
An orange cat with white legs and belly looks from behind a large brown vase while perched on a ledge next to a fence. It probably smells my octopus.
A Styrofoam food box containing a slice of avocado, some veggies, some rice and many pieces of cut up octopus in garlic butter sauce. The octopus is purple and still has its suction cups. The cups stuck to my teeth when I chewed them. Very chewy and fun to eat.
A crab. He has brown legs and a whitish silver body. One of his claws is larger than the other making him look a little lopsided. They lose them sometimes in fights and have to regrow them. I have been told this species is usually nocturnal and eat meat. They were probably only out because the skies were stormy.
Day 7 of my trip to Mexico.
It rained today too, but I got to walk on the beach this morning. I saw several crabs. We also ordered delivery for dinner today. I got garlic butter octopus delivered. A stray cat was very interested, but I refused to give any because I heard garlic is bad for cats.
A yellow habanero pepper. I ate it in one bite.
A table full of food. There is coconut rice made with fresh coconut, fried fish. They were scored and then fried whole rather than as fillers. As well as beans with an habanero floating in them, some lime slices, some tortillas and some salad made with onions tomato and avocado. There are also three bottles of hot sauce. One contains green, another red and the third, yellow.
The view from our patio. The sky is dark with clouds and the small pool is filled with many ripples the beach sits between the patio and the ocean beyond is filled with stormy waves.
Bags of assorted baked goods. Some are sweet and others are salty. We ate some today and will finish the rest tomorrow.
Day 6 of my trip to Mexico!
It rained almost all day today. It was very heavy rain. Enough that there was a thin film of water across the floor through the whole house. We however, still got too eat many foods we had not yet tried. Before the rain started, we bought pastries, and then we ate fish.
The chocolate tasting demonstration at choco-story chocolate museum. They let you try traditionally made hot chocolate. To one side are several cups full of hot chocolate. To the other are several implements used to make it, including a rolling pin to crush the beans and a few bowls.
An iguana watches to make sure I'm not going to grab him. He has brown scales and is staring right at the camera.
A large Mayan pyramid. At the base, there is a large cylindrical stone symbolizing the tree of life. There are six stone faces to one side and 12 to the other. When it was new, there would have been a total of 52 stone faces around the whole temple. There is a large opening at the top of the central staircase and a doorway to one side of it.
Day 5 of my trip to Mexico!
We visited the Uxmal Mayan ruins. There was a pyramid where if you clapped at the base, it would sound like a quetzal was squawking back, as well as several other structures. We also saw many iguanas and a chocolate museum. We got to try traditional hot chocolate there.
Fresh white coconut flesh scooped from the shell. Very sweet and has a weirdly chewy texture.
Ceviche. It is a Mexican food made from raw fish, lime, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and salt and pepper. The fish is cooked by the acid rather than heat.
A sandbar with some flamingos. There are also a few other birds I don't recognize. They are black in color. A couple seagulls are visible too.
Day 4 of my trip to Mexico.
Today I went fishing. We caught many different colored fish. They were then make into ceviche. It was delicious. It is a way of cooking fish using acid instead of heat. we also saw flamingos and had fresh coconut once we returned cause we found one on the ground.
A small tan lizard attempting to hide among some pieces of mulch in a corner. He is easy to spot, but he is safe there.
A small hermit crab in a very small white conch shell. He was very shy. He is set on top of a stone table.
Day 3 of my trip to Mexico.
Today I explored the beach some more. I found a small hermit crab living in another animal's discarded body part. There was also a lizard of some kind running on the walls. I think it was a gecko. He was hard to get a picture of, but I cornered him eventually.
A live conch snail who we placed on the table to watch him crawl around. He flipped himself over in this picture. We put him back in the ocean after.
A live conch snail which we placed on the table so we could watch him crawl around a little.
Day 2 of my trip to Mexico.
Today I waded in the ocean. There were many crush shells in the water. Sometimes they were sharp, but they never cut me. I found a live conch. We also visited a bakery to buy something for lunch today and breakfast tomorrow. Most shops in Mexico are closed from 12 to 1.
A plate full of cooked sliced conch snail, some vegetables and some rice. There's a plantain chip as well.
Day 1 of my trip to Mexico.
I ate a conch shell snail and stared at the night sky on a beach. I also talked with an old friend of my mother's.
Maybe when I'm home ill add some aquatic creatures to my worrldbuilding project. I don't have a lot of them.

I would like to apologize for my recent low post amounts. I have been rather busy and low on inspiration for my worldbuilding.
However...
Next week I am traveling farther than I have ever been before. Basically an alien planet to see how they live in such an inhospitable environment. It's Mexico.
