A delicious platter of perfectly golden nachos topped with seasoned beef, cheese, red sauce, and lots of chopped herbs.

These are phởchos (FUH-chohz): nachos made with the meat used to create the stock for phở, the classic Vietnamese noodle soup. Topped with cheese, lime juice, cilantro, green onion, Thai basil, and Sriracha. Invented by Naathan Phan 2024 in Pittsburgh, PA. Witnessed by Hayden Allcorn.
