I am going to be working on an more indepth report based on the information and looking at the disclosures about what developers are saying they used Generative AI for.

The main caveat to the data here is that this is only games that have disclosed they used Generative AI. Plenty of games may be using them without disclosing for things like localizing, code, concept art, or other things you may not see.

I did some digging and I've written a report about the number of games in Steam Next Fest that made use of Generative AI - more than 500 or over 17%.

I tried over 60 demos in the past few weeks and seen a lot of great and promising games - and even here covering over 20 of them I could add another 5 without much thought and situational recommendations for more.

Doing it on my own blog meant I wasn't restricted to 10, so I was able to include more as honorable mentions essentially at the end with a brief description (often just a cleaned up version of my note on it).

Other people use em-dashes and they are sometimes converted from normal dashes by word processors.

Remember LLMs only essentially regurgitate what they've devoured, so the prevalence of emdashes there tells you a lot of people were using them even if you didn't see it.

Right now I think Dimir Midrange and the twin combo of Izzet Cauldron and Izzet Prowess are the 'tier 1' - with the latter 2 being somewhat similar to each other.

Personally, my weapon of choice right now is Naya Yuna as it can do some really cool things and interacts well with decks.

I shared my thoughts on Edge of Eternities limited through the prism of 10 cards.

I wrote about all the commander options in Edge of Eternities from limited designed uncommons, to mythic rares, and even some Spacecrafts!

2 different ways:
1) They might be getting it from a wholesaler and selling it closer to that, eating into their profit margin
2) They might even be paying full retail and doing it as a loss leader to attract audiences.

Discworld is great. Some serious literature is great.

There's a place for both and people who try to shame 'low' literature are fricken stupid.

And that's without getting into the individual genius that makes up so much of Discworld, especially imo past the first couple of books
