One of BdB’s problems was communication - Mamdani does not have that problem. Now we just need a Delgado as Gov to support him with the legislature and we can have some real positive change. I left the city in 1991 when my rent was $750 for a 2 bedroom in Brooklyn. NYC is now only for the wealthy.
