PSA for anyone trying to use archinstall: There's a bug (with mkinitcpio.conf) that may completely bork your drivers and make everything very choppy. It's fixed, but it means that before you run "archinstall" from USB, first run "sudo pacman -Sy archinstall" to update! #arch #linux #install

TIL that any Vulkan program can register whatever garbage with Vulkan, fail to clean up after itself, and mess things up for all other Vulkan programs.

In my case, every time I installed/uninstalled Unreal Engine in the past, it left a ghost that now appears in GODOT.
