He took Phoenix's hand and idkly ran his fingers over his knuckles and tendons. Every so often he'd bring it to his lips and kiss his fingers.

Phoenix's joy was making him blush. He took his hand and kissed the back of it.

"I wouldn't mind that. You pick what we watch, I'm not too particular."

He shifted to get more comfortable next to Phoenix.

Falls asleep at his desk.

"That's good."

He smiled and pressed another kiss to Phoenix's cheek. He felt warm and comforted himself.

"I'm glad I make you this happy. I really am."

Miles was about to speak up, but bit his tongue. He hadn't fared much better, after all. Instead he curled up to Phoenix and kissed his cheek.

"At least you'll be sustained now."

Miles smiled at Phoenix and kissed his nose.

"You really were hungry, weren't you?"

He gently laid his hand on Phoenix's belly.

"Oh, thank you."

He walked through the door and waited for her to come with.

"I do pride myself in perfect prosecution. I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for my mentor."

Miles couldn't help but chuckle. He ate another slice and some breadsticks before he got too full. Then he laid down on the bed with a soft groan.

The very idea made him blush.

"I will stay, yes. And I would love to watch something with you."

"That will give me time to buy actual groceries so you have something to work with. I do have tomorrow off, maybe I'll just spend it here while you're taking your classes."

Miles got an idea.

"Maybe one of these days I can bring you to my apartment. I have a fairly big kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content."

"Really? They don't let you cook here? That's absurd."

He took another bite, thinking.

"Though I suppose I shouldn't judge, I'm not much of a cook myself. I can reheat things in the microwave, and that's pretty much it."

Miles took the time to set a napkin that was provided in his lap and roll up his sleeves. He picked up a slice and began to eat, with not nearly as much gusto.

"Mm. . . I haven't had pizza in a while. This is quite nice."

Miles hummed contently. He reached up and began to run his fingers through Phoenix's hair.

He kept playing with his hair, still making quiet humming noises to himself.

"I'll do my best."

Miles pressed his face into the side of Phoenix's neck with a gentle sigh.
