An evening by the water. A morning in prayer.

These are moments to cherish — and yet in America, nowhere is safe from gunfire. Not restaurants, not churches, not schools, not our streets.

That is not freedom.

3 officers fatally shot, 2 wounded in Pennsylvania The two surviving officers are in critical but stable condition, authorities said.

We grew up hearing that a "good person with a gun" could stop the bad person. Yesterday proved again that’s a lie.

Until we confront this crisis, nothing will change.

Minutes after news broke that Charlie Kirk had been shot, we learned of a shooting at a Colorado high school.

Another group of kids left to live with fear and trauma, because our so-called leaders would rather protect the gun lobby than protect the people they serve.

Gun violence devastates our communities and taxpayers foot the bill. Meanwhile, the gun industry rakes in $20 billion a year while dodging accountability.

Illinois has a plan to change that: the Responsibility in Firearms Legislation (RIFL) Act 👇

2018: Minnesota students walking out after Parkland.
2025: Minnesota students walking out again — same reason, different shooting.

Different faces.
Different classrooms.
Same violence.

An entire generation treated as collateral to America’s gun culture.

We honor these children not just with remembrance, but with action. Their lives demand more than thoughts and prayers. They demand change. Real change.

We are holding the Annunciation community in our hearts. But we know love and grief are not enough. Gun violence is the leading cause of death for kids in America, and that reality just shattered another community.

We have learned the names of the children stolen in the Annunciation Catholic School shooting: Fletcher Merkel and Harper Moyski.

They should be alive. They should be laughing with their friends, safe in their pews, dreaming about the future. Instead, their families are planning funerals.

This is the reality of America’s gun crisis — kids traumatized at school while leaders cash checks from the gun lobby.

This is not normal, and it will keep happening until our leaders choose kids over guns.

Seven years later, kids are still being gunned down in schools.

Seven years later, leaders are still offering nothing but thoughts and prayers.

Gun violence is the leading cause of death for children in America. And every day they refuse to act, more children are sacrificed.

Today, little kids at Annunciation Catholic School were forced into a club that no child should ever join. It’s a fucked up club, and it’s growing because our so-called leaders refuse to act.

That lie — that we can “harden” schools into safe zones — is what politicians sell us so they don’t have to give up the blood money they take from gun lobbyists.

The only thing that will stop gun violence is leaders who love our kids more than they love their guns.

The Minneapolis shooter fired dozens of rounds through a window at Annunciation Catholic School today.

Metal detectors wouldn’t have stopped him. “School safety” theater will never stop a man with an assault rifle and a country flooded with guns.

We will not live in a country that executes children in schools and churches. We will not accept their cowardice. We demand action. And we will not stop until the killing ends.

A parent called it evil. They’re right. But let’s be clear: this isn’t just evil — it’s policy. It’s the direct result of people in power cashing checks from the gun industry while our kids are murdered. They know children are dying. And they choose it anyway.

Minneapolis police: shooting at Catholic school has left 3 dead, including shooter, and 17 injured A shooting Wednesday at a Minneapolis Catholic school has killed two children as they prayed and injured 17 other people, 14 of them kids.

Gun violence is the leading cause of death for children in America. Today in Minneapolis, that meant stained glass blown apart by bullets and kids slaughtered in church.

3 weeks ago, we put up mobile billboards around D.C. highlighting how Pam Bondi will always side with power, even if it means betraying those she was sworn to protect.

#ParklandPam’s legacy is one of cowardice and opportunism.

Today, DC residents see it again as she orders 800 National Guard troops into our capital — ignoring the real solutions that keep people safe.

Pam Bondi is a liar. That’s not news to us. She stood with Parkland families, promised to act, and then turned her back on every word.

She used our grief to climb the political ladder — now it’s our responsibility to hold her accountable.

Gun manufacturers aren’t alone.

They’re shielded by trade groups like the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), which spend millions lobbying to keep these weapons on the market and block accountability at every turn.

The violence won’t stop until we confront the industry.

AR-15s were built for war and deliberately sold to civilians.

Gunmakers target young men by exploiting fear, masculinity, and a desire for power — then block every safety law that might slow their profits.

When people are slaughtered, they face no consequences.
