Dark Spots

A black and white pony with pale eyes awakens in a dark room. The bedding is a mahogany, eerily matching the headboard, along with most of the wood in the room. Aside from a dresser and a chair, not much else is in the room. The candlelight barely lights the blue wallpaper, getting help from the moon that casts an eery fog over the mountains and trees. The pony is immediately worried a she can hardly keep her eyes open. She realized that, like the room, her mind is empty. Where is she? What’s going on? Exactly, who is she? Why is she hear? Right when the questions flooded her mind, she can hear the muffling noises and hoof steps of someone past the door.

The pony awakes in a dim room, her vision going in and out under the candlelight. The room is minimal and lonesome- much like her memories: a void yet also yearning. Perhaps the voices beyond the door can answer the questions the begin to bubble.
