I watched it recently and was flabbergasted that my divorced father brought me to see it in the movie theater.
Today, Ted would have joined a men's group and started voting for Trump and posting rude comments on women's social media posts about how he wouldn't f*ck them.
I got around to reading the transcript (well, as much as I could bear) of the president's "speech" to the gathering of US military leaders and it truly is insane.

Yet another "thing" ruined by social media. Everyone thinks they can write a review; everyone thinks their opinion is valid — regardless of whether it is informed.
When I see an amazing film, I hunt down its reviews from my favorite critics, reliving the joy and discovering even more.
I am sad.
