I'll start! I'm comfortable saying this one because nowadays it's so common, most people wouldn't consider it a slur anymore: Queer. I avoided this term for YEARS because it was used by bullies against me in high school, but now I'm comfortable saying I'm a queer therapist and it's growing on me! π
