I found two different official artworks similar to this. Both on Julien Georgel's Artstation.

The Matte painting was for S1 E1, and the second image is poster concept art for S1 E4.

There is also something to be said about the parallels between Cait and Vi's relationship and that of Jarvan and Shyvanna, where they are both in love with somebody from the class that they are oppressing and have to deal with either losing the relationship or enacting the vengeance they want to do
