Sorry going to get nerdy here. The novella is called The Hedge Knight. The series itself is colloquially called The Tales of Dunk and Egg but the actual book they published a decade ago was called A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
But if they match the show, they could go with The Hedge Knight.
