Meant to respond to this yesterday. I stumbled upon a video of Greg Lake performing "Still... You Turn Me On" live in '74 (yes, I'm old). No band, just him and a 12-string guitar. It was really nice.

Lulls happen to all of us, I think. One thing that helps me is literally taking part of my manuscript for a walk. I take a paper copy of a few pages and a pen, and get out of the house to carefully re-read. Focusing on smaller details often leads to a larger insight, when I'm feeling stuck.
