An oasis of tranquillity: the International Buddhist Temple in Richmond, BC, is a special place. I was riding my motorbike in the area and stopped for a visit. It's an incredible complex that inspires meditation and serenity. Something that resonated: "Feelings are just visitors; let them go."

Yes, some are big models. Your friend must have been an experienced rider, as managing the bike's weight would also have been a factor. Luckily, my V7 seat is low to the ground.

This is my 2019 Moto Guzzi V7. One word sums up this bike: character. Every time I ride it, it's like having a conversation with a person.

Learning to be optimistic about the future of our planet As difficult as it may seem, we still have time to turn away from apathy and come together to accomplish a lot of good

If we focus on even little solutions, then we can make a contribution to the health of the planet. Data scientist Hannah Ritchie was depressed about the state of the environment. Then she saw how Swedish statistician Hans Rosling looked at data with a new perspective and her outlook changed.
