Quickest way to piss me off is to be dismissive of me when I'm trying to help.

It's sad that in order to get the roofing guy to actually schedule a time was to be an ass. I tried being calm but it's been almost two months since the gutters broke due to the snow and I understood that it needed to warm up but there was two good weeks to get it done and didn't respond.
