ofc this is assuming american english. the others are all t sounds except indic which uh, im not familiar with that phoneme actually. retroflex plosive apparently

i think i always pronounce it four-dee but heres the wiktionary page
uh basically the general american section says. it is in fact pronounced both ways
*the "d" sound described here is actually a tap, basically you dont stop air like with a t sound, making the word kinda of easier to pronounce
