My daughter was craving meatloaf. I've never had a recipe I loved, until tonight. Super easy. I used BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. Delicious.

1 lb beef
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
2 eggs
1/2 c water
1/4 c ketchup or BBQ
Bake on pan at 350 for 45-60 mins.

I might add more seasoning next time but yum!
