Blake confirmed that they're experimenting a lot more with set sizes in 2026.

Ninja Turtles is about the same size as SPM (on purpose this time) but the 7 sets will only have 160 more cards than 2025.

With this, I suspect The Hobbit and/or Star trek will be smaller too, which is less than ideal.

seems deeply disingenuous to put Secret Lairs with no mechanically unique cards on there, and similarly so for the ones that are printing 5 new cards exclusively for eternal formats

Secret Lair Update!

After 48 hours, not a single SKU of the Winter Superdrop has sold out. Considered a weak drop by fans, both financially and aesthetically, availability is not an issue as feared.

Perhaps the best way to avoid scalping is to make a less appealing product.
