A little by later the auhd teenager rang cos he's had a bad day at school and he wanted to chat I tell him my Saga in order to cheer him up. He deadpan says "oh mum didn't I tell you I don't like vegetable lasagna" The whole family is out to get me!

What is more husband return ls from dealing with the source of the stress that started all this (turns out it isn't as bad as we feared) so I tell him what I did and he looks me straight in the eye and says "didn't I tell you, I don't like lasagne anymore". Luckily it was a joke so he gets to live.

... Google a recipe for proportions. THIS is when I made the mistake, skipped straight to ingredients and decided to double the sauce and strain half. Chop EVERYTHING and throw in a pan to get rid of moisture. Hang on... These veg don't fit in my normal pan. But they'l swear down right? 2/?
