I got my body scanned at the gym today. Confirmed I am mostly muscle at this point that’s not to say that there isn’t body fat. The body fat is still high; most of what I was fearing was fat is legit muscle. Additionally I weigh less than what I was registering at on the gym scale out on the floor.
