Tomorrow is THE DAY!!!

I intend to reestablish medical care where I'm moving as soon as possible, but I figure working on it myself might help with the help of a workbook's guidance.

Can anyone recommend any self-help workbooks to me?

Mostly ones centered around trauma/C-PTSD, parental trauma, and taking into consideration that I'm (more than likely) autistic and ADHD/bipolar. Whew.

Looking to see if trying one out will help with recovery efforts. Thanks yall!

As it stands right now, I have rarely an appetite for food. I just have hunger pangs that are annoying and I only eat enough to function... this has been going on for a while now.

I appreciate the patience as I go through this - soon enough it won't be such a struggle anymore.

But it'll take time.

One of the things I absolutely cannot wait for: to have a healthy relationship with food.

No fear or anxiety over it, no restricting myself bc I am afraid to go into the kitchen, no binge eating.

That will help so, so much.
