At minimum, reparations for 🇮🇱's war crimes include abandoning it in favour of a de novo democratic state.
A definition of "Zionism": A movement for (originally) the re-establishment of a Jewish nation in Palestine and (now) the development and protection of Israel. It was established as a political organization in 1897 under Theodor Herzl, and was later led by Chaim Weizmann.
While I think it's gross that there are groups of despicable ppl who have co-opted it as a general slur for Jewish ppl in the ways you've described ... the actual definition is clear and still useful to accurately describe a settler-colonial (and genocidal) political movement. 🤷
