Welcome to the Wet&Messy BTS Fest! Have a splashing good time 💦

Jimin crouches, touching the water with his hands. Making a shell shape with them, he catches a bit of water and brings it to his lips – it’s horrible! Salty and grainy because of course there are sand grains in between, and it leaves a weird texture in the tip of his tongue. He winces, spitting on the sand next to him. “What are you doing?” someone asks. Jimin’s first reaction is to freeze. He checks every escape possibility he has (pretending he can’t hear? Pretending he can’t speak? Throwing himself on the sea and swimming far away – that is, if swimming is as easy as people say?). Realizing the best (and less weird) one is to stand up and move away, he does so without even a glance spared at the stranger. But then, something cold hits him on the neck, and he feels the weird feeling of grain running down his back, under his clothes. “What the fuck!?” he exclaims before he can refrain himself. He turns around with a grimace, feeling annoyed to his bones. Trying to keep his cool, he tightens his hands into a fist. “You ignored me,” the stranger says simply. “I don’t like being ignored.”

Guiding Light Fest writing tip: --- common suffixes and correct usage part 2 ie - diminutive suffix attached to the end of a person's name as a sign of closeness and affection - only done to names ending in consonants; there's no vowel-ending equivalent - used when talking ABOUT the person - do not repeat/double the last consonant when adding -ie - hyungie is, unfortunately, an incorrect term Correct: "Namjoonie is here, we can begin!" Seokjin announces. Correct: "Seokjinie-hyung will be late," Yoongi tells them. Correct: "Jeonggukie, Jiminie, and Hoseokie are already in the venue," the eldest informs Namjoon. Correct: "Jiminie-hyung is the best!" Jeongguk says to the crowd, a proud smile on his face. Incorrect: "Namjoonie, talk to me," Hoseok tells Namjoon, reaching for him.
