Well you really don't get any points/rewards after games so it's so hard to rank up. They give you these gems but you can't use them for skins or anything like in alot of other multi-player games

You have to reach a certain check point before the game enables the sound on the controller. I have like 15% of the game completed so I would say the first 10% you can yell all you want.
