Happy International Women’s Day- Unity Amid Patriarchal War. Happy International Women’s Day in this very troubled time, caused by the worst of the patriarchal forces. This war presents a patriarchy that looks like one man's regime dismantled by another man's missile, framed as liberation, while creating a bloodbath in the lives of mostly women and children. The women of Iran deserved to be free. What they did not deserve was for their freedom to arrive and be the subject of the petrol fight between the Fascists.

The backlash against the progress of the feminist movement is concerning. Now, more than ever, we must stand firm and create a powerful resistance. We must fight until we can’t, and when we can't, we must do something else, yet we must never 'GIVE UP'.

International Women's Day is fast approachingching and I am furious about the RAGING WAR CREATED BY the worst of the worst Patriarch. The point is that realities differ and vary hugely across the category of women around the world– an area of empowerment for one woman might be an area of oppression.

Something magical for general well being. Under the current circumstances with raging war, we definitely need some miraculous ways to stand the moral injustice and ethical distress, I am going to remind myself of what I did quite a number of years ago to rescue myself from a fall of incurable disease as I was told by the health professionals at the NHS. The current raging war which is started by the two most dangers men in the world.

The earth woke in spring, flowers blossomed, and leaves turned from brown to green. I noticed every shade of it, and every single tree had different colours of leaves, different sizes and shapes, and birds were immigrating and migrating again with the most stunning cycle of life comes with summer.

Reflection and a week on. This time round of my travel to Asia and more than before, I’ve witnessed the devastating impact of patriarchal capitalism on cities and people. So called developing countries by the western capitalism. The west have a way of dismantling the cities and towns, draining their resources and redirecting them elsewhere.  The money is squandered on building skyscrapers, huge high rise towers that no one can afford to live in and trendy, glitzy western-style shops that are inaccessible to most. These empty shopping malls serve as a spectacle, demeaning to the people who can’t afford to shop there.

I am not surprised about the origin of the violation of women. It is obviously man made and it is fabricated to control and use women and others for their own sake. Fortunately, we are able to learn the truth now as oppose to being kept in the dark and told incessant lies by the patriarchal system.

They are holding on to the same old rubbish, selfish and hypocritical neo-liberal stand point to keep their empire alive and kicking, unfortunately, the likes of Trump is just about the destroy it and they are on their way out. Well done Arundhati Roy, may you be role model for the rest of them.

Staying in Colombo- Sri Lanka Day1 in Colombo - Sri Lanka- after a whole day and the night of very chaotic and turbulent travel yesterday, we finally arrived to our destination late last nıght. We are now situated two hours from the airport which is an out of suburb place with a sea view. So had to get out and about first thing in the morning regardless of what we went through the night before.

Culturally, aspects of life feel as if they are rooted in the 19th century, which can make outsiders feel alienated .The lingering influence of the British Empire is apparent, yet at the same time, people are resistant to change and continue to adhere to traditional customs and practices.

Phnom Penh 2 The river side was stunning at sun set - watching the sun going down around the town was breath taking. I can't say that have seen sun stay that long before going down and one could not take their eyes off it. It was an unforgettable day.

Sisterhood is the savour of our time as thepatriarchy almost destroyed a bit left of humanity - we will move from the Antrhopocentric system to the Eco/ biocentric one and this can only be achieved by sisterhood.

Escaping from London Travelling has been our most cherished pursuit for a long time, and we have done it every year for the last 10 to 15 years, except that sometimes we had to put it on hold due to problems arising in our lives, especially health issues. Last year was one of the worst since we started exploring our love of other cultures and countries, in addition to worries about whether we will survive the illness, the stress of not being able to travel, transformed our lives into small-time living.

The power of political activism – Happy New Year, All. Political activism (PA) helps one realise their inner power and motivates them to make the world a better place. It is good for our mental and emotional health as it gives us a sense of worth and value in helping others. It can be life-changing. Political activism has been protected and maintained like an elite chase for too long, preventing the masses from challenging it

Male centered Religions uphold the patriarchy: they preserves a social order that oppresses women and gives men unquestioned authority. Religious institutions teach people to see women as lesser — restricting women’s clothing, education, autonomy, and right to make decisions.
