It’s really not that bad…I’ve enjoyed a few bottles myself and fed a few babies too! Some love it, some hate it. Give it a try…you might just be one of the ones who loves it.

Nearly two decades ago, when I wrote my own unpotty training guide, I gave similar advice: build the habit, stay consistent, and never hold it! Totally agree that “diaper training” is a great term, it captures the mindset shift. And yes it’s possible to reverse it, I know because I used to be 24/7.

Don’t get discouraged! It takes time to find the right cage and ring combo! It’s better to take a short break than to have to abort for weeks due to a bad rash or irritated skin. It might even take weeks, or months to get to fulltime wear. Until then enjoy the extra padding 🍼🧷🔐

114 days is huge…almost 4 months! When I was 24/7, it got way easier once diapers became my regular underwear. Didn’t really think about, just part of the routine. Shower, put one on, quick change between lectures in the most private stall on campus. Can’t wait to cheer you on at your 1-year mark!

Pull-ups for the hike were smart, less chaffing but still offering some protection. But the real win is that thick diaper as a reward for a great hike!

Maybe you’ll need to try formula instead 😜 and yes, they have many non-milk based options.
