Good luck to me getting to Kelowna in time to repack and make it to Vancouver tonight (and by good luck, I mean HAHAHAHAH LIFE SUCKS).

As one of the hardest days of my life gets going, I’m reminded of how much mental health matters. Neglecting and pretending it isn’t real is doing real, lasting damage and my niece and nephew will be left with these effects for their entire lives.
