I feel you. I used to really like CodeSandbox and StackBlitz, but at some point both of them started to get more and more frustrating to use.

Now I just go back to CodePen despite worse editor experience.

I thought calling refs on reordered components was intended.

I had an issue in beta of v19 when my roving tabindex order broke because list items got reordered but react didn’t call refs or effects for them.

And if I remember correctly libraries like floating-ui and baseui also depend on that.
