I read this as humans like wolves, but unfortunately they hate *other* humans more.

I misread that as U.S. Department of Inferior...

which is probably a more accurate term.

Werewolves need their enrichment.

A werewolf who still has to work. While being a werewolf solves a lot of problems, office work isn't one of them.

Werewolves help not only wolves, but humans as well.
