When I lived in London, there was a row of mainly fast food places around the corner. Chicken shop, pizza place and so on.

There is no shame in it at all. It's for your health. I was put on the tablet form of semaglutide for T2D, and have dropped 35lb so far. I understand the food noise thing, as someone who has tended to binge eat when upset. Good luck!
