The Flag (flown over the Capitol, given to a WWII vet who stormed the beaches of Normandy, & now has journeyed Rt 7 in Vermont as a symbol of hope, freedom, and democracy)- is in Swanton for the final closing ceremony.

4pm- the flag is in Highgate Springs, the end of Rt-7, the closest we can get it to the Canadian border on this journey.
From here, it will head to the closing ceremony in Swanton, VT.
