...for the record, I weighed it myself. 1 piece of this paper is 8g. So 16 pieces of A4 paper would actually be 128g. So Google's AI got it completely wrong!

Excellent points! It might partly explain why there has been such an uptick in mental health issues - we're struggling with life because we weren't meant to live at break-neck speed from behind a screen.
Also, at what point does it just become cheaper to just speak to a person than use all this AI?

Machine learning is only truly effective and efficient for a small number of tasks when done right.

Large Language Models in particularly are only good for a small subset of Machine Learning tasks.   None of these tasks are best done with a single monolithic "AI" machine.
