I can remember fondly the few days that I felt the effects of the strong iron pills, I was actually alert and able to think snappy and even do things like go out etc.

Yeah, at the moment I've been on and off strong iron pills but my anemia never gets to the awful point, if that makes sense? I'm constantly exhausted and bruising easily yet my bloods come back with borderline low range of normal then every so often dip under so the pills start again etc 😖

Hakuouki will always be a comfort read for me. I wish I could play it again for the first time as it made that much impact, 😭

It was! I only stopped as I have to eat at set times and I can't have distractions during meals. I plan on cuddling up again tomorrow with my switch and headphones for more illusion of itehari.

It'll all be worth it even if you do get a few shitty side effects, the flu is horrid. What is it like having iron infusions? I've got that as a potential thing hanging over me due to having repeated anemia.
