I still prefer your original idea about phasing a parcel out of existence for a banned user, it would fix a lot of problems.
Especially if disabling "Anyone can enter parcel" makes that parcel invisible to everyone else, hence removing the problem of ugly "privacy walls"

Back in the day we used to have Samurai Combat Island where we used regulation swords and a regulation hud which allows us to fight each other in melee combat like it was a soul calibur game.

But due to lack of good PCs these days, these sorts of combat things are too laggy for most to use.

No not really LSL combat is silly, the hitboxes are all universal so it makes no sense for a weapon scripter to purposely nerf the damage of their weapon, a shot to the feet does the same damage to a shot in the head.

The solution Phil offered in his other post would mean if you set your privacy for your land on, nothing of yours is rendered to outsiders and outsiders are not rendered to you.

the Bonnie Bots are harmless despite what conspiracy theories you've heard all they do is survey what attachments people wear to make a list of what is popular with residents and count the number of residents in a sim to survey which sims are popular, they do not collect your social security info.

LL are the landlords, if they decide to change something on the covenant, like updating terrain textures to 2048 so all you see is white textures coz you're incapable of rendering 2048, thats your problem.

If you're building a skybox between 200m and 400m you're doing it wrong you're still experiencing lag from rendering stuff on the ground, Skyboxes should be built 1000M above.

Copy botters dont need to be in the shop to steal, they can just go around crowded places to see and steal. And not all copy botters use new accounts, some use compromised accounts with decent age.

Some stores circumvent this by making demos cost 1L which get refunded back to the customer.
